Philipp Douschan is a respiratory and critical care physician and scientist with a research focus on cardiopulmonary hemodynamics, right heart function, and imaging. Based on his publications, the definitions of pulmonary hypertension (PH) and exercise PH have been revised. Furthermore, his research focuses on the development of novel non-invasive diagnostic approaches for assessing pulmonary hemodynamics in at-risk populations.
